Senior Engineering Technician
Dennis Wynn earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Botany from California State University, Fresno in 1966 and his Bachelor of Science degree in Forest Science from Oregon State University in 1968. Dennis has over 25 years of experience in the Traffic Engineering profession. He worked for the City of Fresno Traffic Engineering Division in a variety of positions between 1987 and 2010, and retired from the City of Fresno as a Senior Engineering Technician. After a few years on retirement, Dennis decided to work on a part-time basis and joined JLB Traffic Engineering, Inc. His expertise includes traffic operations analysis, traffic planning, traffic counts, sign inventory studies, speed studies and parking studies. Dennis is also certified to work on Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway and Union Pacific Railroad at-grade crossings.
