Engineer I/II
Jove Alcazar earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Fresno. He is an Engineer I/II with two years of experience and leads the traffic designs for many of JLB’s projects in the Central Valley including electrical design projects for Caltrans District 6. Jove has experience designing vehicle classification count stations, changeable message signs, ramp metering, highway lighting, signing and striping, temporary traffic control plans and roadway geometrics. Jove also has experience with the preparation of railroad pre-emption timing, geometric approval drawings, collision analysis and the preparation of collision diagrams.
