Engineer I/II

Matthew Arndt earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Long Beach and is a licensed Engineer-in-Training in the State of California. Matthew has one year of experience and serves JLB as an Engineer I/II designing and modifying traffic signals, analyzing traffic impacts for public and private development projects, conducting traffic operational analysis of study intersections utilizing Synchro software, preparing figures for traffic impact analysis reports, preparing multi-way STOP and traffic signal warrants pursuant to the guidelines of the latest edition of the California Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
